Please read these instructions carefully before beginning your application.

Admission Criteria
Admission criteria have been established to aid in identifying students that are serious about learning behavior technology, advancing their technical skills, and joining a growing community of highly effective and efficient teachers/trainers.

– Anyone may apply: There are no requirements for an academic degree, a minimum or maximum number of years of experience or certain level of status achieved in any particular field.

– Students must submit answers to questions that serve as a Statement of Purpose and give insight to your Training Philosophy

– Students must submit two Letters of Recommendation (if seeking college credit)

– Students must sign a Code of Conduct and Waiver of Liability

– All parts of the application should be complete prior to submission

Upon acceptance, tuition is $1,800 per course.  This includes continental breakfast, a full lunch (with options), and snacks and drinks throughout the day. All other equipment, supplies, and training tools are provided.

Travel and lodging are the responsibility of the attendee.

Courses Requiring an Application
You will need to apply for Behavioral Technology 101.  Once your application has been approved you will be able to complete all other courses without reapplying.

Deadlines
Application deadline is May 31, 2018.  Deadlines represent the endpoint in the application process (i.e., the final completion of your file) rather than the beginning of that process. All materials should be received by the deadline for timely consideration.

Completing the Application
There are many prompts throughout the form to help you answer questions.

Statement of Purpose/Training Philosophy
The Statement of Purpose is part of the actual application form.  In order to aid in writing, there are proposed questions for you to address.  Sample questions include:

– What do you hope to gain from the course?

–  What are your greatest challenges as a trainer?

– Where do you feel you need the most improvement?

There is a limit of 1,600 characters (approximately 250 words) PER question set, so we encourage you to be succinct.  Once submitted, no changes can be made, so please proofread your statement (as well as all other entries) carefully before submitting your application. It may help to write everything out in a word processing program, then cut and paste!

Selection of Course Offering Times
During the application process you will be able to rank, in order of preference, the course dates you would like to take.  Every effort will be made to accommodate your desired attendance dates.

 PDF Letters of Recommendation
Letters of Recommendation are optional, but highly encouraged. These letters may be from friends, family and/or colleagues. We are working with a higher education institution to recognize the courses for college credit, therefore, those seeking college credits, letters of recommendations are required.

Notification of Acceptance
You will receive an email notification informing you of acceptance or declination by June 6th, 2018.
